How Payment Works
Nothing is charged until you've approved exactly what we're making and the price is agreed in writing. Then you choose how to pay — whichever suits the way you keep your books.
Secure checkout, with buyer protection
We send a private listing through our Etsy shop at the quoted amount. Payment is handled entirely by Etsy and covered by Etsy Purchase Protection, backed by our 5★ shop record. No card details are ever shared with us. If we've only just met, this is the option that means you're never sending money into the unknown.
Direct invoice
Need a proper itemized invoice for your records? We'll send one you can pay by card or bank transfer, with a dated receipt for your accounts — the straightforward option if your bookkeeper wants a clean paper trail.
Larger commissions are split: half to reserve your slot, the balance on approval before final delivery. And if your business runs its own process — a purchase order, set payment terms, a check — just say so and we'll work with it.
